Roles and Responsibilities
- Should have a Min. 1 years of experience as Tele Caller in BPO / call centre industry.
- Excellent communication skills and Proficiency in English, Hindi.
- Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered to prospect / student.
- Obtaining prospect / student information and other relevant data.
- Asking questions to the prospect / student and understanding their specifications.
- Maintaining the database of the students / prospect on a regular basis.
- Suggesting solutions based on student/prospect needs and requirements.
Role : Customer Service
Salary : 50,000 – 2,50,000 P.A.
Employment Type : Full Time, Permanent
