Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Should have a Min. 1 years of experience as Tele Caller in BPO / call centre industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and Proficiency in English, Hindi.
  • Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered to prospect / student.
  • Obtaining prospect / student information and other relevant data.
  • Asking questions to the prospect / student and understanding their specifications.
  • Maintaining the database of the students / prospect on a regular basis.
  • Suggesting solutions based on student/prospect needs and requirements.

Role : Customer Service

Salary : 50,000 – 2,50,000 P.A.

Employment Type : Full Time, Permanent

Education UG : Any Graduate
