Roles and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for HR and Administration related activities. The major responsibilities include:
1.Recruitment related activities such inviting applications from various sources, screening of profiles, arranging interviews, joining formalities etc.
2.HR Operation activities related to employees’ life cycle such as confirmation, appraisals, transfers, separations etc.
3.Maintaining attendance and leave records of employees.
4.Maintaining Employees personal file records.
5.Maintaining / Updating Employees Master data in SAP HR Module.
6.Other administrative support to the employees in travel arrangement.
7.Any other HR/ Administration related work assigned from time to time.
8. looking after day to day activities of the office
Desired Candidate Profile
The candidate should be first class Graduate in any discipline and post-graduate in HR Management. The candidate should have 1-2 years of relevant work experience in HR and Administration related activities.
The candidate should have good computer knowledge especially in MS office & SAP Knowledge would be preferred. The age should not be more than 28 years.
