Job description
Open Positions: Voice Support
Customer Support: Inbound Calls and outbound calls
Customer Query, Request and Complaints Resolutions
Order Assistance.
Coordination with Operations and Delivery Partners
Captive process,no job redeployment or rampdown
Criteria:
1. Minimum Qualification : 12th/10th + Diploma(3 Years) or 10th + ITI(Completion)
2. Work Experience : 0 to 5 Years
3. Voice Process Selection Criteria: HR Round -> Operations Round
4. Flexible to work in the required shifts between window period of 5 am to Midnight 12am (Any 9 hours) and for Women Employees any 9 hours shift between 6am to 7pm max if working from office.
Preferred Candidates :
1. Excellent communication
2. Preferred Languages: English, Hindi, with any local language.
3. Flexible to work for 6 Days with 1 rotational off
Salary Range | 2.10 LPA up to 2.75 LPA |
In Hand for Freshers – 13k in hand
Interview Timing: 10 AM – 5 PM
