Job Description
Job Purpose: To manage manufacturing processes across the production lines to deliver required production volumes at the required cost & quality while ensuring continuous improvement in quality, yield, cost & productivity performance indicators
Requirements
Education Qualifications & Experience required :
- B.Tech/B.E. ( Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation from Premier Colleges will be preferred)
- Experience in Production/Project in FMCG Manufacturing setup will be preferred
Knowledge:
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, productivity and quality parameters, costs, throughput etc.
- Knowledgeof regulatory compliance for a manufacturing plant with respect to labor, machinery, safety, infrastructure. Review the overhead requirements and related cost budget (fixed and variable) prepared by respective departments at the factory
- Knowledgeof commercial processes like budgeting, costing, ROI computation, IRR computation, hurdle rates etc.
- Knowledgeof process improvement tools like TQM, TPM, Six sigma, Kaizen
