ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support Process Optimization: Evaluate existing support processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, utilizing your strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
  • Scripting and Automation: Utilize Python scripting skills to automate manual tasks, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Technical Documentation: Create detailed technical documents, including process workflows, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting guides, to ensure clear and accurate communication across the support team.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze support metrics and data to identify trends, patterns, and areas requiring attention. Generate reports and provide insights to support operational decision-making.
  • Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with development, quality assurance, and product management teams to provide feedback on product improvements, communicate support needs, and drive issue resolution.
  • Training and Knowledge Sharing: Conduct training sessions to enhance the technical skills of support team members, share best practices, and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest technologies, tools, and industry best practices related to support operations, scripting, troubleshooting, and process optimization. Apply this knowledge to improve support processes and implement innovative solutions.


REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Technical Background: Strong technical aptitude with a solid understanding of various technologies, platforms, and systems commonly used in support operations.
  • Scripting: Proficiency in scripting using Python to automate tasks, streamline processes, and improve operational efficiency.
  • CSS and HTML Knowledge: Good understanding of CSS and HTML, enabling you to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to web-based applications.
  • Support Operations Experience: Previous experience in a support operations role, demonstrating a strong understanding of support processes, metrics, and best practices.
  • Technical Troubleshooting Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze complex technical issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
  • Technical Documentation: Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation for internal use.
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing support metrics and data to identify trends, patterns, and areas requiring improvement.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Effective collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and foster a positive team environment.
