Responsibilities & Qualifications

Specifically, you will

Be involved in the entire end-to-end onboarding cycle, starting from drafting offer letters to scheduling induction sessions.

Ensure that all new hires experience a smooth and frictionless onboarding and ensuring that they are ready to be productive from day one.

Draft offer letters and related contracts for shortlisted candidates.

Set up new profiles for hires in several cloud-based systems as required.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that new hires are set up to be productive from day one.

Convert styles, perform mail merges, insert media into presentations, create tables, work with graphs and objects.


Fresher or some experience in HR operations.

Skills for Success

Excellent attention to detail and an analytical mind.

Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.

Ability to engage clients in a way that instills confidence and fosters strong client relationships.

Driven and able to motivate yourself, ensuring deadlines and measurable objectives are met with the highest standards of quality.

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.


Bachelor’s degree required.
