Employee Life Cycle:
1. Responsible for providing HR administrative support from hire to retire.
2. Responsible for new hire orientation / 30-60-90 survey and exit survey.
3. Responsible for all the employee life cycle transactions in the HRIS.
HR Shared Services:
1. Implements and administers human resources programs in a shared service HR model.
2. Draws upon general HR services and operations knowledge to translate business needs into HR services/operations solutions and deliver.
3. Provides day-to-day, first-level supervision in the adoption/implementation, execution and maintenance of HR services and operations metrics.
4. Ensure on-time resolution to employee queries through the HR ticketing system.
Required Skills / Abilities:
Strong level of HR process knowledge and expertise.
Proficient in Workday HRIS.
Knowledge in Darwin Box HRIS tool desirable.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
1. Time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
2. Ability to function well in a high paced HR shared services environment.
3. Excellent interpersonal, customer service skills and attention to detail.
4. Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
5. Advanced quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
