Requirements

  • Plan and deliver a creative and engaging curriculum adhering to the Kido method, appropriate for the age range and developmental stage of children in your care.
  • Observe, assess, and maintain accurate records of children’s progress and development to inform planning and share with parents.
  • Work in partnership with parents, keeping them informed and involved in their child’s learning and development.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times, following Kido’s strict health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Create a welcoming and stimulating learning environment that reflects and celebrates children’s interests and experiences.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan, evaluate, and develop the Kido curriculum and ensure consistency across the settings.
  • Take an active role in your own professional development, attending training and keeping up to date with developments in Early Years education.
